Pascal Bôle is a master restaurateur. He can assure you that the products he uses in the kitchen are very fresh. His menu changes with the season. He is a local food enthusiast and concocts delicious dishes which give you an appetite.

At the Auberge du Tuyé the customer who sits down at a table can choose the day’s special or linger over the gourmet menus: country menu, morels menu or vegetarian menu.

On your plate always nicely presented you will find for example some sausage from Morteau, some mushrooms on toast, some chicken supreme grilled with Comté cheese, some cheese and a dessert.
